Data Deletion

VOYAGE (ভয়েজ) keeps only the personal information it needs to serve you: your contact details, your orders, and the conversations you have with us on Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, and our website. This page explains how to ask us to delete it.

What you can ask us to delete

  • Your conversation history with us on any messaging channel.
  • The customer profile we keep from those conversations (for example your size, delivery area, and preferences).
  • Your name, phone number, email address, and delivery addresses stored in our systems.
  • Your customer account on this website, if you created one.

We must keep some records by law even after a deletion request, such as invoices and payment records for completed orders. These are kept only for the period the law requires and are then deleted.

How to request deletion

Choose whichever is easiest for you:

  1. Message us. On the same channel you have been using (Messenger, Instagram, or WhatsApp), send the words "delete my data". We may ask one question to confirm it is really you.
  2. Email us. Write to voyagefashion1@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request". Tell us the name and phone number, or the Facebook or Instagram profile, you used with us so we can find your records.
  3. Call us. +880 1933-992311, during shop hours.

What happens next

  • We confirm we received your request within 3 working days.
  • We delete your conversation history, customer profile, and contact details from our systems within 30 days, and confirm to you when it is done.
  • We ask our service providers who processed your messages on our behalf to delete their copies as well.
  • If you message us again later, we start fresh. Nothing from before is remembered.

Deleting data held by Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp

Deleting your data from VOYAGE does not delete the copy of the conversation that Meta keeps in your own Messenger, Instagram, or WhatsApp app. You can delete that conversation from the app yourself, and you can manage what Meta stores about you in your Meta account settings.
